American Tradition Institute v. Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia (2014)
Virginia Broadcasting Corp. v. Commonwealth of Virginia (2013)
Harmon v. Ewing (2013)
Christian v. State Corporations Commission (2011)
And I missed this one in my roundup of opinions that weren’t friendly to the public: Virginia Education Association v. Davison (2017)
