Where I come to realize the Virginia Supreme Court's run on pro-citizen rulings

After the dark early 2010s, it's been much sunnier of late

Maybe I’ve been a little too harsh in my skepticism of the Virginia Supreme Court’s record on FOIA cases and other access issues. Looking back, it’s been a pretty good past few years.
