The Virginia Department of General Services does provide some basic information on state (and some local) procurements performed through eVA on their website, but it's only a short description of the procurement and vendor information.
It's also raw datasets and and not searchable unless you download an approximately 1 gigabyte CSV for each fiscal year and search through it using Excel. I loaded the files into a database and I am working on making it easily searchable but that's a work in progress still.
